That's what I thought, that it's not necessarily in any future series.
That was the impression I got as well. It's unfortunate in my opinion, as it's a really cool Wacky, and a lot of people aren't going to be able to get one. Maybe at a later date they can reissue it with a different back, like the Halloween postcard last year. Then the Philly promo would still be special, and more people could have a card of the Wacky.
