the biggest shocker of all - is that shipping is FREE on this one!  :o

guess that's why it costs $2 more than the last one

UNLESS, you are a inattentive baffoon, like yours truely. I put the comic in my cart and also put the MARS ATTACKS comic in my cart and purchased using Paypal. I didn't notice  that it tagged on the shipping cost, presumably associated with the MA comic, until after I pulled the trigger on payment. At least I had some surplus funds in my Paypal account that were sitting there "idle". I still don't understand why they don't ship the comics via USPS in an appropriate envelope. They should be able to that for less than $2.00 per.

This is a shocker. Didn't expect this so soon after the other comic.

I think part of the reason is that the Holiday comic shipped late and the new comic is on schedule!

By the way, I think you'll be really impressed with Brent's story and illustrations! An A++ on both counts!

Just ordered a copy for this Wacky Packages Groundhog Day issue, and it looks like Topps may release a new Wacky Packages comic every 2 months or so as long as the trend keeps up...

I only got the Ground Hog's one and not the Holiday one too because of the same shipping issue that caught Scot off guard. Couldn't see spending $12+ for shipping when adding an $11 item.

P.S.  Pat: did you get my PM? :)

I know, it's crazy. I realized I didn't order an ANS9 binder so I added it to the comic and they wanted $16 shipping so no go with that.

Wait until you see the outside back cover of this comic book. Apparently there is a new coming holiday to celebrate for us wacky fans and it will be DOUBLE the fun of the other holidays!

Cheers, Fats

Was thinking April Fool's would be a likely next candidate for a comic day, followed by July 4 maybe?

June 9 will always be my unofficial National Wacky Packages Day, but I happily bequeath the official holiday to a more appropriate (and Wacky) day - April 1!

Keep your eyes peeled for real wackiness this April!

Received my Groundhog Day Comic yesterday, another amusing read!  Nice work Brent, and thanks to all who were involved!
