I didn't order an Old School 4 binder because there was no mention of a wax wrapper.  Instead, I ordered an extra Halloween binder while I was over the free shipping threshold.  I like that one a lot.

It should arrive in time for the New Year's Eve/New Year's Day time period if we are lucky (even with Dick Clark, who had counted down to the new year from 1973 to 2012 is counting down to 2013 in the great Times Square in the sky!)

This is a departure from the last three OS binders so I will have to include a regular wrapper in my binder for continuity. Is there a new

My understanding of the rules is that a single buyer/credit card can only order 5 boxes total during the first 48 hours of the sale. The last 24 hours are unlimited.

I heard that Topps was totally revamping their website and I expect it would be an improvement.  When I heard it it wasn't too far away, so I wouldn't be surprised if maybe towards the 1st of the year.
