ANS7 Silver numbers variation?

Is this new or has a ANS7 variation eBay auction: #221113370265 like this been seen before?

Dont get too excited. I have several silver border cards. I don't have an official silver border but the black is faint. This guy is a loser and will find anything to make a buck.

I believe that's the result of the 5th black plate not printing on the #'s, so it's not as strong of a black as it should be.  If it were just weak black on the press the art would be affected too. 

I think the "Gray-Doze" variation is kind of cool, but the light #'s don't interest me.
