No pre-order date yet for OS4, we still have ANS9 to come out towards the end of July 2012!

As much as I love the waiting, I hope they come out on schedule. I'm on vaca in August + my B.day and it sure would be nice to be able to crack some packs !

Anyone know if Olds4 is still on track for June? Quite frankly, I have always thought that was a little too much to ask for. I'd be happy to see it out by the end of August. Of course if it's sooner I won't complain...

No recent word from SlamJim would indicate that he is still hard at work so that we may have another outstanding edition to the Old School series. As far as a timetable---I say it'll be here when it gets here. You can't rush perfection.

June seemed really quick to me. I'd be happy if OS4 arrived by Sept, just before Halloween Postcards.

I agree. I think it was SlamJim that said June though. I agree, I'd rather they take their time. I think most of the delays happen after the artists do their part, ie. packaging and shipping them.

They moved OLDS4 out of the way so it would not conflict with some of the other new series coming out. I think its now coming out in September or something. Will LYK when I know.

Well, we still have ANS9 coming in a few weeks, then after OS4 comes out in September there may be a new 2012 limited edition Wacky Halloween postcard set.

Maybe the San Diego Comic-Con might have another OS4 preview card to tie us over until the Fall 2012,

I'm just a contributing freelance artist, but the two projects I've been asked to work on recently were OS4 and the Halloween cards. As far as I know, no final selections have been made for either series, but Colin definitely made it sound like both were coming up soon. He has been slammed with work lately, so I haven't heard any news lately.

Thanks for the update. Since we have ANS9 coming up before either of these two series, I'm more focused on those. I wish there were some other Wacky items, such as licensed merchandise, to look forward to, but I can't think of anything else in the pipeline.

Any chance Old School 4 will have concept cards like Old School 2 had? Those were pretty cool. I was kind of disappointed they didn't do them with Old School 3.

I really liked those too. Don't know, of course, if there are any more forthcoming, but I like those looks into Wacky history. Oh, and bring back the 5 by 7 stickers too, Topps!

Old School isn't Old School if the borders are curved and not sharp.

It will be out in November. They are going to release Old School every November now (once a year). They want to have ANS be the focus with Olds, Postcards and Posters being the wrap-around stuff.

I'm finishing the set paintings this weekend then working on a subset which I think will be cool. I LOVE the concept cards and hope to see them back in Olds5 as we have some ideas for that already.

As soon as I finish up and get my other things in order I hope to be able to participate more on the forum again. It's been a loooong year. I barely have time to breathe.

Will ask about the sharp corners. Not sure why they change them.
