ARISE FROM YOUR GRAVES, POSTCARD FANS!!!

As most of you have probably guessed, the new Wacky Packages Halloween Postcards will be coming this way sooooooon! But before I make the formal announcement, Topps has suggested that I post this riddle for those who just can't wait. See if you can guess which day it will be:

Tomorrow is neither Wednesday nor Thursday. Yesterday was not Friday or Saturday. Today is not Thursday or Sunday or Monday. What is today?

I actually changed my message after thinking about this. Ironically I have a flight on Tuesday. Just like the last release. I sure hope it's in the morning because I'm screwed otherwise.

can't be Tuesday, because then tomorrow would be Wednesday...

Hopefully I can stay awake to midnight on that night (whichever one it is?). Lately, with
this head cold, all I want to do is sleep, sleep, sleep.....

Friday seems to be the only logical answer. But would that mean this Fri, or next? Next friday is close to the 20th, last years date.

But then again if today is tomorrow... $:-\$

I wonder if any of the sets will be reserved for the show. As i recall, someone bought some PC 6 sets at a Topps booth at a NS show.

Seems like the release date is going to be Oct 21st, but I think Neil just wants to tease us a bit more!

Of course the next question will be -- what time (and I'm assuming it'll be Eastern Time) on the release date?

Friday the 21st is the theoretical philly show trading day so this could complicate folks traveling for the show.

I would hope it would be today. Friday the 14th is a nice tie in with Halloween and the lack of advance notice would thwart some of the resellers.

I didnt mean no notice. If it was posted sometime today that they would go on sale at Midnight tonight then most of us would probably see it or let each other know about the news. Plus the site gets much more traffic around releases anyway as we attempt to keep up on the release info.

Having two Friday's as the answer to this riddle is more confusing than enlightening! Doh!

If it is next Friday, that will be tough for the Philly Show people, which is really ironic. Maybe if the release date was originally the 21st they could change it to the 20th? Might be nice for these folks?

Yup, I called this out a few posts ago but I am skeptical of a large number of people heading to Allentown for the show Friday, I think it will end up being a small handful and they can just be prepared with internet access from the hotel. They can have a post card buying party!
