Great news! Pine Bros cough drops are back. They just released the honey flavor a month ago with Cherry coming shortly. I loved these things.

That is great news!  I loved those cough drops as a kid, my mom bought them all the time.  Your Wacky captures the box perfectly - one of my favorites from the set.

Wow! Thanks SlamJim, I never thought someone would post the products that quickly! Seeing the products and comparing them to the Wackies, makes the Wackies all the better!  :D

I like the way they were chewy without being gummie.

Long & Slimy might've been cool if it had fish ladies or mermaids.

Yeah, I could see that working. They do have a mermaid look to them. ClairOil Long & Slimey.

Just picked up a package of Bazooka Sugarless Bubble gum - the parody source for the 14th Series "Sugarmess" sticker and checklist.

Picked up a pack of the cinnamon flavor, as well:

Great images! Thanks for posting! I believe this parody was also used in another OS series besides 14 too.

Hi guys,

Not sure if images for the original product basis for Monsterettes have ever surfaced.  I recently acquired an old Nabisco Salesman binder, probably from around 1969-1970, containing a great wealth of package images.  This page features Oysterettes, clearly the basis for Monsterettes:

That's amazing to see Jason, thanks so much for sharing it.  You certainly made my day, I've been wondering about the original packaging for Oysterettes for a looooong time!
