For sale on ebay
I saw this, Awsome! Knowing you are a sculpturer, i was going to ask you why you havent, or have you ever thought of doing 3D Wackys. I never got around to it...and Up Pops Popper!
Very cool! I hope a series of classic original series characters would come to fruition.
Ever consider working with the people at Funko? or is this the company that you were dealing with?
I own Mark's other Dr. Popper statue, and it is awesome! The pictures can't do it justice - there's so much great detail they miss, especially in the "splash" paint. It's a totally cool item, and Topps really wasted an opportunity to pursue this product line.
What happened to the link?
I agree. Along with Dr. Popper, how about the Pupsi-Cola dog, the Duzn't Do Nothin beatnik, the Cram woman and kid, the Glutton dude, the Valveater dude, the Beastball gorilla, the Liptorn guy and the Chef Girl Are Dee girl?
How much did you pay? Just trying to gauge the value.
I'm not sure that what I paid should be involved in determining a "value" here.

I was hoping lots of people were still returning from vacation and missed it or forgot to put in a snipe. I was speculating the reserve was in the $200-300 range but it must be in the $400 – $500 range (of course, just a wild ass guess). Instead of having a “reserve” why doesn’t eBay have a way to start auctions at a particular level, and set a minimum bid? Or do they? Waiting for an auction to hit the mysterious “reserve level” seems silly, which is not a comment on this particular auction, but a question about eBay. There must be a downside to setting a minimum bid?
Actually think the reserve must have been higher than $700. I sniped in a pretty high bid but did not hit the reserve.
auction ended at $330. It doesn't matter how high your snipe was, just how high the 2nd place bidder was that you had to beat. Reserve could have been $350 for all we know.
ahh. I needed to go educate myself on how reserve selling/bidding works. I thought it still worked similar to a non-reserved item, which is incorrect. But I got it now. So, yeah, you're right, the reserve must have been fairly high!
