Dave, I hope not to come across as a gushing fanboy, but I have to take the opportunity to note that I really enjoy the gags on these titles. Great humor... very well done. I especially enjoy the puns and tag lines on DNAnimals; Can't Believe Its Big Brother (the 1984 calories cracks me up); Sewer Patch and YooToo. And the artwork is fantastic. The polar bear in the Polar Spring bottle is priceless and  poignant as well. Thanks for posting these high quality scans to allow us with "old eyes" to better enjoy your efforts.

Excellent work, Dave! Really like those two sub-sets.

In fact, I decided to kind of sit on the sidelines for ANS8 (after spending almost $500 on ANS7... Ouch!) and am going to collect them gradually.

Last night I bought the Pack to the Future sub-set because the Jupiter Mints card caught my eye (fantastic!). Now that I can see these up-close (remember me wanting a full set of the 5x7's for a series? Hopefully some day!), I have to say they are all superb.

Big Brother margarine and Like are especially funny imo! Also really like the fact that they have a bit more of the vintage Wacky feel, where, for example, the polar bear inside Polar Spring doesn't look like he's actually drowning, but like he's an actor in the gag (like vintage Wackys). LOVE IT!!

I like Curst. But I wish mom had a tighter grip on that brush. And the boy for that matter. I'd be struggling to pull away if I were that kid.

Thanks. I think Curst is my second favorite of the Wackys I've painted, after Chickless. I see what you mean about the character parts... I gotta keep working on my cartooning skills.
