How is this for an idea for Topps or an entrepreneur.  Even though they seem to be a bit pricey, the ANS 7 & 8 Binders look nice, so what if they were produced for ANS 1-6 also. I know there is a general binder before ANS7 & Old School & Postcards. Any suggestions or thoughts ?

In the mean time you can make your own.
Buy some 1/2" or 1" Avery "view" binders and print these out, slipping them under the clear covers:
