Did you watch the youtube video? At about 1:20 there is a display at a trade show and it's pretty light.
I would guess any flat light would work just fine. However,the bright sunny days wouldn't work too well.

That would be awesome to have the wheels display random Wacky titles. But did you see the price? "Starting at around $2000"
