I posted this on Greg's thread, but if anyone wants to see a groundbreaking video, here you go.

The reason it is groundbreaking is they actually psychologically messed with a child, which I don;t agree with, but it did push the envelope as I had never seen something like this before.

Another good one by Richard Marx. Very well shot, edited and coincides most awesomely with the song. Like the song, you don;t know whether Richard Marx killed the girl or not. One of the better videos I've seen.

I LOVED that MGMT video, but I also saw the behind the scenes video you posted which then made me like the video a little less lol.

I LOVED the part in the BTS video where the little kid "rarrs" at the zombie policeman and the policeman acts all scared lol

Wait, what BTS video? I only posted the ACTUAL video. Are you seeing another video? I bet they came out with a BTS video because they were being flamed by people who thought it was cruel and torturous to the kid.

The light tracking at 2:46 - 3:10 and the shadow scenes at 4:08 - 4:21 are absolutely top notch. This was Madonna's only video award for "Like A Prayer" and it should have been!

One must understand, this amazing piece by Russell Mulcahy was done a mere 3 years after MTV started! Again, crappy quality. Why isn't there a site that has ALL high quality music video available for viewing?

This is an absolutely UNBELIEVEABLE amount of choreography! Just watch the other players and dancers in the video one time through. The layers of choreography are baffling.

Okay, so the story here is there was this version and apparently, the record companies did not like that Janet wasn't featured enough in it and they hacked the crap out of it. This is the better version focusing more on the video brothel than Janet's dancing.

The thing about this video is that the effects are actually quite sophisticated for when they came out in the 80s and they accent the photography motif most excellently! This is actually an extremely well done video.
