Oh, yes. Now that you mention it, I think I remember seeing that in the Wacky Package Gallery book. I didn't read about the peanut butter smell. As long as the car don't have peanut butter stains on them too! Was it Skimpy or Peter Pain?

it was Shedd's PB, of course.  

just kidding about the PB smell, as the cards were sealed in cellophane - although I wouldn't be surprised if some cards had some PB on them. I remember opening the lid of the 5 lb tub, grabbing the cello pack off the top of the PB and opening the pack up while making PB&J sandwiches.
Kids, PB and trading cards - you're just asking for a mess!
