Finally, it should say "...Crazy Coupons, Wacky Websites,...".
Btw, I got the name "Crazy Coupons" for these (which were probably going to be in the lost 1992 Series) from Fred Wheaton's page "Wacky Packages: The Lost 1992 Series" on his website hipsteria.com.

« Last post by DrDeal on February 17, 2024, 02:36:03 AM »Does anyone here own a copy of the fan made Freakies Tree Display? I own one. They were produced in low numbers around 12 years ago and routinely sold for $150. I was able to buy one from the guy who made them shortly before he stopped selling them due to a cease and desist order he received from the Freakies Company. That was around 10 years ago when Jackie End ; the creator of the Freakies was still alive. I can not post pics here; but the tree is made of high impact resin like material, is painted, is 3d, and has room for all seven Freakies to be displayed on it replicating the classic picture of the tree on the cereal box. It is about 12" high and 12" wide. Very cool item.

Jay Lynch did tons of cartooning, like Nard and Pat, The Pigeon People, and even some Bazooka Joe strips. Art Spiegelman is famous for his Maus graphic novels, but did tons of lesser known work too. Bill Griffith had his nationally recognized Zippy the Pin Head comic after he gave us Generally Defective bulbs. More recently Jeff Zapata has done both Wackys and work on comics. What you have here is a chance to get in on the ground floor and grab a Number 1 issue! It will help the artist, and you'll be able to say "I knew him way back when!" With MAD magazine defunct, what else are you gonna read??? Order your copy of SWELL today!

New paint, flooring, furniture, and rug, but I was looking for some WP fabric for curtains for a 36" x 48" window. I have some small swatches of several different WP patterns, and even some non-WP parody patterns, but not enough for this project. Ebay and Etsy are both light on fabric right now.
