Here's a recent message from Joe, modified so I don't post his email address here:

Following a long sabbatical ParoTees is back!  Unfortunately after Gross Card Con last year life got busy and I didnít have a chance to paint for months.  Well time freed up recently and I did what I always do when beginning a new ParoTee, started digging into my archive looking for gags.

Luckily, I came across the original art of a gag Jay had done in the 70ís which was perfect.  Itís goofy and Wacky and pure Jay.  So my next ParoTee card is based on Jayís rough and painted in the original series style.  But wait there's more!  As a bonus, Iíve hand printed a Jay Lynch tribute card.  These will have a copy of Jayís original rough on the front and be numbered to 25, 20 of which will go out with the first 20 orders (keeping 5 for friends and family).

The cost for the new ParoTee card (JG6) and the super limited and numbered Bonus card (B1) will be only $6, shipping included.  Please PayPal friends and family if possible (send PM for email address). Remember to include your shipping address in the notes.

Donít delay and order yours today!
Thanks,
Joe G.

Sorry if I'm late to the party, but what are these new Parotee cards by Joe?

Check out this thread:

Joe's latest card (JG6) is available now.  I believe the shirt will follow later.  PM Joe for his paypal address.

You can see the 16th pack already has a small tear from the gum. Sad.

Love to hear this. Almost everyone I talk to has heard of Garbage Pail Kids, but so few have heard of Wacky Packages. When I try to explain WP, I usually have to refer to them as precursors to GPK so people will understand.
I'm grateful for every pop culture WP reference!

ABC has a show that began this fall called "The Kids Are Alright" (https://abc.go.com/shows/the-kids-are-alright).  It's the story of a family with 8 boys set in '72 (though it may have progressed to '73 by now) that's pretty entertaining and accurate, at least to my memory.  On this past week's episode, there was a mention of Wacky Packages.  Some boys are hanging out in front of 7-11 when one says to another something about going inside to buy Wacky Packages.  It was quick, and there was no visual, but fun to hear Wackys mentioned.

And I'm guessing that NS on the promo postcards meant "Non-Sport", am I right? Or was it "Non-Store"?
I'm sure it is the former.
