Ok, the print run of Attacky series 5 was 1166 units sold. Each Unit has (1) base set so we know there are 1166 base sets. Each unit has (1) Cereal parody. There are a total of (3) different cards, so that means statistically, there are 388 Cereal Parody sets. Each Unit has 1 coupon card. There are (9) different Coupon cards, statistically there can be only 129 coupon sets. Again if perfect collation is observed. The one thing I can not figure out is the amount of variation sets. We know that you get a complete set if you obtain one, however I do not know the rate of insertion. I bought 22 sets and got none, while I have seen some people who bought 5 get one and others get a few of them with many sets. If I use a rate of 1 per 20 it puts it at 58 sets if I do 1 per 25 it puts it at 46 sets. If some one has any insight on this please chime in.

I got 17 out of 85, for a 1:5 ratio, and several others also reported similar results. I know one person who ordered just one set, and got a variation set. I think your 0 for 22 is the worst reported here, with an 0 for 20 being next. My guess is that overall it was much better than 1:20.
How about we add up how many sets we know of here? Everybody, please post your numbers and I'll keep updating this post.

If you consider yours and Sco(o)t's 1:5 to be outliers, then it's 1:45 so far. Obviously Topps didn't insert them into the mix in any set pattern or we'd see more consistency.

I hope someone here hooks you up. Because of your generosity in helping those in need here, good karma needs to come your way!

...Each Unit has (1) base set so we know there are 1166 base sets...
Don't forget to subtract the variation sets from the total, so there are less than 1166 base sets.

So far here we know of at least 20 fewer regular base sets. And there are more noted in the regular thread, plus some that have sold on ebay.

Great Idea Pat. A consensus of all we received should help.

I received 2 variation sets out of 10 bought...

50 sets total
10 Variation sets
4 Coupon sets
Zero Sketches

30 sets total
6 variation sets

we have about 1/5 the total cards that were produced. if we multiply by 5 the amount of variant sets we get 190 I would concur that it is between 1 in 5 to 1 in 6.
Pat you got a whole bunch of other peoples variants :]
Thanks for the help figuring this out.

My ratio was exactly 1 to 5. I ordered so many sets because I love Neil's Attacky sketches, and it appears someone at the print shop got ALL of those...........
-
I talked with someone not on the forum and he ordered 50 sets and got 10 so I think you are right on the 1;5 ratio. was there a coupon or cereal card in the variation sets? if yes the above numbers would be correct. if not then I would have to adjust those.

My ratio was 1:6.

Though I only got one variation set in the 10 packs I ordered, I did get a sketch, and 9 of 10 coupons.

There were only 9 coupons, so you did very well!! I would say that was an ideal scenario, especially had the sketches been Attackys.
-
I may be a little late to this party, but I bought one set and got just what I expected: 1 regular base, 1 coupon, and 1 cereal card.

Same here.

Since the Attacky sketches weren't included with the Attacky sets or January 2022 monthly sets or December 2021 monthly sets, where are they? Will they ever be distributed? If so, how and when?
-
Perhaps they should go back to the purchase history and send us a KICK ARSE card for every X number of sets....
GET WITH THE PROGRAM TOPPS!!

Here's my response back from Topps when I asked them about the sketch cards. Looks like they got their game plan from SuperImpulse.
Response By Email (Jake) (02/15/2022 11:13 AM)
Hello Jeff,
Thank you for contacting Topps Customer Service.
We apologize you did not find any randomly inserted sketch cards. These were incredibly rare and hard to find. While we cannot send any sketch cards, I would like to thank you on our behalf for being a customer.
If you have any other questions/concerns, please feel free to reply back and I would be happy to assist you.
Best regards,
Jake

They may be rare but not "incredibly" rare. However, assuming randomness (which clearly is not the case here), the probability of zero sketch cards in 50 lots is "incredibly" small. Shame on them for that boilerplate reply.

Translation - we know we screwed you over by not enclosing what we promised, we're not going to remedy it, but thank you so much for bending over and holding still while we screwed you over.
Footnote: We don't really care because we're under new management, and when we leave, we're going to take all the "F" keys on our keyboards with us.

While I don't have any info about the Topps Attacky Packages sketch card policy, I want to mention that if anyone would like an Attacky Packages sketch, I happen to have a very limited number of blanks available and can help a few people out. Please keep in mind, this is in no way sponsored through Topps nor does it reflect any of their policies. I'm just trying to help a few fans out here on the forum.
Just a few rules: Send me (koduck) a PM with your request. I only have enough to accommodate a few people so I need to limit this to wackypackagesforum members only on a first come, first serve basis. Don't forget to include your name, and contact info with your request, along with your favorite character. I can't make any promises or guarantees as to what you'll get, but I'll draw as many as I can with as many blanks as I have and as time permits. Limit one sketch card per household. OK, that's enough rules for now!
Just trying to pay it forward to Attacky Packages fans! Thanks again for all the support!

Just wanted to thank Neil for helping the forum members and doing some of these sketches. I received mine yesterday and just had to post! I'm sure you can quickly figure out which Wacky I told Neil was my favorite! This is only my second ever sketch card! The other is from the 2012 Mars Attacks! Heritage set.

Thank YOU for all you do to right the wrongs of the NY Martians!
