He's in a Wacky Packs FB Group, not the marketplace one. He replied to one of my posts. That's where I have seen him most recently.

thanks, who is the admin for Wacky Packages and More Forum?  I am trying not to join too many groups, I figure this forum is good for chatting and marketplace to possibly find stuff for sale or to sell.

The admin's name is David Tanny. I don't know him, really, but it's a nice group just for wacky talk. You can likely buy/sell/trade there as well, albeit I haven't done any of that specifically.
