Title: Toppsonlinestore Create Your Own Wacky Packages Cards

I have 14 of these cards. I purchased them on Ebay a long time ago. Can someone provide some detail on these? It looks like you could chose the front and back of the card.

I remember those!  I think some people customized the backs, but there was a generalized version that many of us bought.

Anyone have any further details on these? Were they offered directly from Topps or elsewhere? How much did they cost?
