Title: "Postcard" from 1996?

Rizzoli's was a book store in NYC. I don't know if it's still there. These cards were free and I think they gave them out in stores.

That agrees with some comments about other releases of the book. Max Racks Freecards. A free-bee to advertise for the book.
The lower right of the reverse, below, says, Look for new postcards in m@x Racks every month.

A quick look on Amazon shows about a dozen sellers selling new books from $4.50 and up with scads of used copies. I would contact the seller first to assure the postcard was included.
