Title: Jay Lynch artwork.... only 20 signed in 2007

I was looking through some of my Wacky Packages binders today and came across this Jay Lynch print which was 19/20 from 2007.  I don't recall acquiring this.  Jay was by far my favorite artist.  I was so lucky to have him create some original artwork for me.  Can anyone shed some light on the meaning of this print and does anyone else have one?  Thanks.  Jeff
