Title: Topps is not at SDCC 2018?

Isn't Topps participating at the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con this year? Does this mean no special Wacky Packages cards?

they have some gpk stuff that they are selling at the Atomic Toybox booth, as they have done for several years now. Nothing Wacky.

I've seen some Star Wars and GPK stuff posted. No Wacky though...

I did see that Topps was there, and I think they must have had a big tie-in with the All-Star game, too?

I do wish they'd offer some special Wackys at these shows, it would definitely help the hobby.
