Can anyone help me with information on the sheets ? When and who did these... year, cost, rarity and scarcity ? Any info on these would be greatly appreciated...

These were made by Duane Dimmock. I am not sure exactly when, but I am pretty sure it was somewhere between 15 and 20 years ago. these were always thought of as Lost Wacky's before the sets of Lost Wacky's were made about a decade ago. As for scarcity, they are not all that rare, but the value isn't all that strong because there is a limited market. If you have no interest in non original Wacky's, or stuff that was not made by Topps, then they don't hold any interest of that collector. I am sure someone else can be more specific, but I hope that helps. Also, I would imagine Rusty's website has some detail on these as well. His site is pretty inclusive of everything Wacky, including the non-Topps stuff.

I also have a Camals pack, and don't recall from whom I got it (though it may not be the creator of it). I also have a well-done box of Cracked Animals. Again, not sure who did it or from whom I got it.

I have the Cracked Animals box too - it is awesome! Even has the string. I also have a cool Weakies box, but it is maybe half size compared to a regular cereal box.

Isn't that Duane? I thought someone was selling dozens of these years ago and couldn't even get $40 each for them.
