Title: Trying to find Cereal Killers art book

I'd like to try to buy a copy of Cereal Killers (the art book) but haven't had any luck elsewhere on the forum,so I figured I'd try here.Does any body have a copy in excellent condition(or reasonably close) that I could buy? I'll pay $20.00 for it,but if more is needed,I'm willing to be flexible. Also,is it even in print and /or available in stores? Please let me know.

I sent Paul a PM asking about the book,but I haven't received an answer yet...nor do I know who the author is so I can ask Barnes and Noble about it. Who's the author?

Ordering info direct from the publisher was in the link I posted. No need to go to B&N.
