Did you know the October 12, 2014 episode of The Simpsons (the long running for 25 years on the FOX network adult aimed cartoon series) had an appearance of a name seen in Wacky Packages original sticker series 3 called "1-A Sauce"? Anyone who Tivo'd or DVR'd the episode should double check for the appearance scene.

Yeah...I saw that too! They had the bottle close up on screen for a few seconds. Maybe a nod to us Wacky fans?

The penultimate episode of FUTURAMA, featured a quick Wacky Package mention. Dr Zoidberg is performing a delicate surgery when Bender barges in asking for medical attention on his busted leg. Zoidberg says he will have to make due with a "medical Wacky Pack" and hands him a BAND-APE sticker. Most probably know that THE SIMPSONS and FUTURAMA where created by the same person and have shared writers and artists at times.

Here is the 1997 San Diego Comic Con Bongo Booth (publisher of "Simpsons" comics) sticker set of three:

These stickers are firmly in the Topps Wacky tradition and predate the trading card versions of them that appeared a few years later in the 2001 Simpsons Mania card set from Inkworks, mentioned and shown above. (Well, two of the images anyway, as the third sticker was not used in the card set for whatever reason).
These were available only one sticker at a time and the set is therefore pretty hard to make.
Best of all, unlike the ones seen in the Simpsons Mania card set, these are actual STICKERS, just like the original Wacky Packs, and even have a cool "Ludlow" type backing!
