I've been disconnected from the hobby for a couple of years and in trying to catch up, these master lists have been incredibly useful. There's a subset of items that seem to have been missed such as:
- Wonky Packages WP1-WP4
- Weakies promo postcard
- Fantastink promo (I think this exists?)
- Eraser stickers series 1 & 2
- The Abrams book stickers
It'd be great to flesh this list out with anything else that falls outside the current lists.

I like that idea as well. I think the odds & ends should also include:
* all philly & comic-con promos
* All poster related items (regular, new Halloween & promos)
* Add the calendar stickers to the Abrams book stickers
* The vending machine sticker set
* All binder related items
* 10 Again labels
* Shop Topps promo card & postcard
Anybody have additional topics to add?

Good suggestions, though some of the promos have been listed in the ANS/Postcard threads. We should also inculde the new original series binder puzzles.

From one mouthwash to another... let me check when I get home but I thought the Fantastink promo was not really a Topps Wacky Packages item but something one of the Wacky artists did (Neil Camera maybe?) to promote themselves. Perhaps I am thinking of the wrong title. I will "Scope" it out when I have a chance this evening.

There are a few like this that were given out at the Philly Show as promos. David Gross did one, and there were Norm Saunders & Zina Saunders bio cards too.

some of these, such as all of the Abrams and comic-con stuff, is already in Tom's Bonus and Promo Master List.
perhaps that one just needs a little fleshing out.
I think the fewer the lists, the better.

The Fantastink was a Philly trade show card as marked on the card and, if memory serves, the Canine was for a fund raiser Neil was involved with for an animal related organization.

I am aware that I've gotten behind on maintaining the B&P master. Sorry I've been such a Wacky Slacker. Intend to catch up soon....really. May need some help from you guys to verify things when I'm done.

What are these - are they considered official promos? What do we even mean by 'official', directly from Topps?

I would consider anything a promo that is advertising for a product or service. I think all of those cards would qualify. Now maybe they are not OFFICIAL promos but they are promos.

I would say the last one is not a promo, as it's got personal info all over it. Wasn't that one of the topps 'business cards' deals they were selling a few years back? certainly an odds and ends type collectible thing.
