Lance, I guess I’m a fool for only buying one LE 6 set? Had I purchased two and simply sold one, I’d have come out way ahead, hun?
I guess if you bought five LE sets and sold them all, a person could profit upwards of $800. . .or maybe more if you opened them pulled a colored sketch. Does anyone care to confess their profits? I just hope forum members would "invest" their $$$ in original Wacky art, or cases of ANS 7, (or, at the very least, buy one of Plan 9's alien girls for their town's City Hall).

I don't have one bit of a problem confessing my profits. I bought 2 sets, took the bonus card and artist bios from both, sold the remaining contents and came out about $120.00 to the good. All profits to be reinvested in additional Wacky's(most likely ANS7).

I think for future Postcard sets,hopefully their will be no circumventing the quantity purchased,I am sure Neil and Topps will come up with something to avoid future issues.I really don't see anything wrong with buying more than 1 postcard set,and selling the extra sets/stuff for a profit I do want to buy more colored art in the future.When PC 7 goes online the guy from Chicago should be excluded,but only for PC 7 as punishment for his breaking the guidelines pertaining to PC 6.I normally don't blow my own horn but i would like to inform anyone that cares to read this I gave Anders(idiotcomic)a colored Wander sketch from PC 5 just like the 1 that recently went for $400.00.For those who don't know who Anders is, she is a girl who likes to draw and paint and she recently turned 12 and resides in Minnesota.And Matt K gave me 6 Reek's cards I gave 4 away(Willie,Anders,John Zeleznik and to you) I did sell card 1 of 6 and card 6 of 6 to forum members.

I don't think buying multiple LE sets and selling them is wrong, in any way. I was kind of curious how much a person could "make" if they bought and sold their limit. ROB........your welcome, I am asking $175.00 for the LE postcard 6 set because of the auction presently running on ebay,it's at $201.00 and holding.And when I say unopened, it's unopened it took me 5 monthes to rip into some of the OLDS boxes I had lying around and I did make a mistake when I purchased the additional 10 boxes at $48.00 per box.So in other words I did have more than $38.00 invested into each box more like $44.00 per box and hopefully the remaining 10 unopened boxes are sold but I have not heard from my buyer for over a week now.PS.......with me everything is NEGOTIABLE.............................LM...................................

I bought 5 sets as well but I'm in the hole for sure even after I sell off the extras, but I have a bunch of nice sketches to show for my efforts.
I think I sold a couple sketches and all but a couple of the bonus stuff for around $700. I have since blown more then the $500 profit on other PC6 sketches. In my case I can't say I actually sold for a profit but more or less traded for other titles I was interested in. The trade happened to be currency.

I broke down about cases of ANS10 and made Black Canvas Sets and Red Bordered Sets. I have about 10-12 sets of each.
If anyone is interested, please let me know. Make me a decent offer and the set is yours.
I also have about 3000 singles of the standard bordered stickers and I don't have time to make sets. Make me an offer for any quantities you want and they are yours.

I have to ask an ignorant question since I have not been following ANS10 at all, does the canvas set have all of the same titles as the base set? I think I plan to get a black canvas set and billboard set and one sketch and that will be all I seek from ANS10.

yep. same 55 base titles. and of all the variations ever done, I find this one the best looking. All black, with a bit of canvas texturing. Makes the cards look like little paintings, and the colors really pop. very cool.

Yes the black canvas are absolutely amazing. I also like the red border a lot. I just got in a set of blue border off ebay and those are really nice also. Topps actually got most of this series right this time. The only thing I miss is the gold and silver foil borders. The plain mustard and silver are just boring. Why change that?

Likely it was cheaper, but I don't mind - it makes it easier for reluctant collectors like me to pass on the silver set this time. And that means next time, I won't care about silvers at all.

Thankfully that didn't do the fluorescent pink or green again! Those were hideous. I thought their choice of subsets were well done with series 10. My only complaint is with the odds. I wasn't crazy with some of the base set titles though.

Another interesting note how Topps chose to incorporate the video game titles... aren't they number something like 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40... ? I don't have an ANS10 checklist handy here at work but seems like when I was sorting cards, there was a deliberate attempt to space them out evenly amongst the other 45 titles.

I've got 4 more LE Halloween sets and being their's no guarantee any of the 4 sets will contain desireable sketches that others will want to purchase, leaves me no choice but to sell them unopened.Wheel of Fortune comes up with new features to the game on a semi-regular basis but I have no clue where you can go with these Halloween sets maybe 3 different bonus cards,222 per card, so still only 1 with each set purchased that should at the very least have people trading.

these are the 2013 Halloween LE Sets? How'd you get 4 when there was 3 per household limit....???

Because they are not checking a damn thing the limit of 3 is just a suggestion, you could have last Wednesday night ordered as many as you wanted,within reason,6 9 12 18 sets no problem trust me and you could have had them shipped all in your name to the same location they just want them to sell out.

Sounds very suspect, doesn't it? With 666 sets produced, that means only 86 have been sold. Assuming most early buyers are getting 3 sets, that would mean only 24 (give or take) people made purchases. We had twice that on the forum the night of the sale.

you are correct sir...I had 3 - one was DUPPED!!! PISSED ME OFF!! In the past we were guaranteed to get ALL 6 BIOs if WE ORDERED the 3 SET LIMIT - So they put on the limit and SCREW US on the BIO SET!!!I know why people are NOT buying!! the '666' is nice and all but should have left it @ 250!!

Glad you brought up bio cards and the bottom line is their's almost a full 12 monthes for someone to come up with some ideas to JUMPSTART these Halloween sets next year.These sets are like the superbowl,IT'S ONLY A ONCE A YEAR RELEASE !! I might be interested in this lot but I am so confused as to what you are selling. Can't you number or bullet point the contents of this lot? When someone is selling and it's all lumped together its hard to understand what exactly a person is getting. I see a couple cards mentioned and then the next sentence is all 64 cards. List them out please.
Here is a short example of how to list stuff for sale. Please don't use the indent feature...LOL
1. PC series 1 set with sketch.
2. PC series 2 with bonus card.
3. PC series 3 LE set with bonus card
4. Peepers special PC from Allentown.
5. PC 4 series LE with bonus and all Bio cards.
This is just an example but doesn't this make a lot more sense?
